The legal entity behind Pckup is Senpex, Inc., doing business as Pckup. Senpex built the delivery technology, dispatch operations, and courier network that Pckup runs on, and that same team operates Pckup today. During the transition you will still see the Senpex name in places like the mobile apps, the developer documentation, and our contact email · that is expected, and it is the same company you are working with.
